The Boaz Report

The Boaz Report began publication in April 2005 as an additional service of Boaz & Associates, P.C. and is distributed monthly to its subscribers. It monitors and reports the results of civil jury and non-jury trials in all Oklahoma Federal District Courts and select State District Courts.

The summaries provide detailed information about each specific case. The following fields are contained in the case reports:

  • CASE NUMBER AND STYLE
  • JUDGE
  • ATTORNEYS
  • ISSUES
  • CASE SUMMARY
  • EXPERT WITNESSES (NAME; CITY AND STATE; AND, AREA OF EXPERTISE)
  • VERDICT

In addition, a Cumulative Index is updated each month which organizes the cases into categories of Issues sorted by month; page number; and, case number and style.

The Boaz Report has proven to be an invaluable resource in assisting its subscribers and their clients in the case evaluation process.

A Subscription to The Boaz Report is $310 per year (effective January 1, 2025) and is distributed by e-mail on a monthly basis (January – December).
